General Conditions

In the event of any unforeseen circumstances, we reserves the right to alter routes, itineraries and accommodation reserved without prior notice.

Cancellations:
The following charges will be applied in event that a reservation is cancelled.
30 days or more prior to departure date-10% of fare.
14-29 days prior to departure date-25% of fare.
7-13 days prior to departure date - 80% of fare,. less than 7 days -no refund.

Payment:
All rate quoted in Malaysia Ringgit.Full payment due 30 days before pax departure.

Travel Insurance:
Travel insurance is not include. we strongly recommend that travel insurance, including cancellation cover, be arrange by all passengers. ever person participates in any tour or holiday organised by us.Shall be regarded in every respect as carrying his own risk with respect to loss or injury to person or property.We does not accept responsibilty for loses or expenses due to delay,sickness,weather,strike,war,quarantine or other travellers.
